Total Response Administrator Module & Site License Training Administrative Role
Each center should have at least two designated Total Response Administrators*, who serve as the first line of support for any access-related issues for both the Total Response Administrator Module as well as the Site License Training Administration. These individuals are typically the Director, Administrator, or Communications Supervisor, but may also be another point of contact appointed by a center’s leadership. Anyone needing Administrative access should begin by contacting your center’s designated Administrator for assistance.
I need Admin Access to:
Administrative Access to Total Response Administrative Module
If there is not a designated Administrator who can set up an additional Admin access request, written authorization from the individual who oversees the Communications Center (e.g., Director, Administrator, or Communications Supervisor) is required before an Admin Account can be created by Total Response. This ensures that any access changes are reviewed and approved by the appropriate authority before being granted. This process is necessary to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
For Administrator Access to the Total Response Administrator Module - Submit the request directly to Total Response support at support@totalresponse.com. Include the following:
- The name of the individual requesting access
- The level of access being requested (e.g., Call Handler or Admin Module)
- Confirmation of approval from the appropriate agency authority.
Access issues will be addressed during normal business hours, unless the access request is impacting critical system usage, in which case it will be prioritized accordingly.
Administrative Access to Site Licensed Training
For Administrator Access to the Site License Training Administrator Module - Submit the request directly to your Customer Success Representative or to customerservice@totalresponse.com. Include the following:
- The name of the individual requesting access
- The level of access being requested to Site License Training
- Confirmation of approval from the appropriate agency authority.
Administrative access requests to Site Licensed Training will be addressed during normal business hours.
*Best Practice: Ideally each center should designate (at least) two representatives as Administrators for both Total Response Administrator Module as well as the Site License Training Administration. This ensures that if the primary Administrator is unavailable, a backup Administrator can provide assistance internally before escalating issues to your center or to Total Response Support. Centers should also consider coverage across different shifts, ensuring that an Administrator is available to staff on all shifts when access issues arise. In addition, it is also beneficial for the Total Response Administrator Module Administrator to also have Administrator level access to the workstation itself.
