There are two ways you can log in:
- Via the link that is emailed to you upon training enrollment or via education.powerphone.com.
Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder for the email. If you have not received it, please contact your IT department to verify the email was not blocked by your firewall. - Click on the Training Login at the bottom of the home page at www.totalresponse.com.
Reminder: The Foundations of Call Handling is a prerequisite course and must be completed before the Certification courses can be taken. Neither a Certificate or CEUs are awarded for the Foundations of Call Handling course.
