      Is there a certificate for the Foundations of Call Handling course?

      Neither a Certificate or CEUs are awarded for the Foundations of Call Handling course.

      The Foundations of Call Handling is no longer a prerequisite for EMD, FSD or LED Certification courses; however, it is still highly recommended.
