      Is there an update to the Total Response software?

      Software Update

      Agencies that are using the earliest versions of Total Response software (versions before 5.3.0) are being updated first. 

      Agencies that are using Total Response software version 5.3.0 or higher will then be able to update their software to the 5.4.0 version.

      Agencies will receive a form to submit to schedule your update with an IT team member.
