You will need to take the certification course (EMD-TCPR, Fire Safety Dispatch and/or Law Enforcement Dispatch) again to renew your certification.
You must be on your center's Site Licensed Training roster to take courses.
- If you are included on your center's roster for Site Licensed Training, log in with the credentials you were sent and follow the prompts to the correct certification course.
- If you are uncertain if you are on your center's roster, please contact your supervisor.
- If you have not yet been added to your center's roster for Site Licensed Training, please have your Supervisor contact your Customer Success Representative directly with your name and email address so we can register you.
Reminder: The Foundations of Call Handling is a prerequisite course and must be completed before Certification courses can be taken. Neither a Certificate or CEUs are awarded for the Foundations of Call Handling course.
